great place for exploring eastbourne. enjoyed having a sunny balcony. besides, we parked our car nearby. very nice hotel, close enough to the downtown, a 15 minutes' walk.

We would recommend. We enjoyed great rooms and location. The owner was friendly! Being really close to Tiffin Express was nice, we had dinner there.

Lovely host running the hotel. The king room is large, with coffee/tea making machines, a flat-screen television and a seating area.
